1. She doesn't have to go to ever...My thoughts:<br />1. She doesn't have to go to every practice. If it's too much for your family, just skip it every once in a while. It's only t-ball and she's only 6. Not a big deal.<br />2. Forget healthy on those nights. It won't kill you guys to eat a sandwich and chips (and some grapes!). That's what we do. Sometimes, Morgan eats in the car on the way to practice and the rest of us have a picnic once we're there. Or do a crock-pot meal and let her eat early, Dad and A eat when they get home, you eat after practice. Seriously, just make it as easy as possible. Sandwiches, leftovers, hot dogs.<br />3. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout. It's 20 minutes. It's killer, but it's a great workout and it's only 20 minutes. $10 at WM. My tip: Put your workout clothes on the minute you get home from work. That way, you're ready to go whenever you have a spare 20 minutes.
