I have a dream...I have a dream

Please sing the above title to the tune of "I have a dream" from Tangled.

So, I've decided that I need a vacation.  Not a vacation with the kids...well, ok, maybe part of it.  Not even a vacation with the hubby, well, ok, part of it.

I need a bonafide vacation just for ME!

However, I do have some stipulations.

1.  Must be on a tropical island ...low humidity and temps around 85 degrees.
2.  EVERYONE must look good in what ever bathing suit they put on.  That means I will look like this: (Miranda Kerr) except with blonder/shorter hair in a bikini.
and I will be able to wear cute clothes like this:
and well, things with short shorts and my thunder thighs will not roll all over the place and my muffin top will not spill out.
3.  You MUST relax.  You can do what you want as long as you relax.  Read a book, talk a walk, sun bathe (without the risk of sun burn).
4.  You can eat or drink anything you like with no consequences.  NONE.

some of my recent projects

I try to quilt.  I'm not all that great at it.  And I usually need my mom's help......she does the backing and basting and puts the binding on them....but I do the rest.

This year I have finished two quilts...a king sized quilt and a queen sized quilt and make two quilt tops.

I thought you might like to see them.

Another quilt top...this one needs two more borders (Kate Spain Central Park in a disappearing nine patch)

I just bought more fabric and a friend has asked me to price out a lap quilt and a full sized quilt for her.  I would like to try to make some dresses and tops for the girls and me and make some ball pillows as well.
